Gas Natural Fenosa completes 70% of the Paris/Algeciras gas refuelling corridor for road transport

Gas Natural Fenosa promotes the transport of goods by road with sustainable fuels with the BESTWay project

The energy multinational, through the BESTWay project, leads this corridor to contribute to the large-scale deployment of natural gas as an alternative fuel.

BESTWay opens a gas supply point in Jaén and in the coming months will complete the project with the opening of two service stations.

This new advance in BESTWay has been achieved thanks to the inauguration of one of the gas refueling points in Jaén, in the municipality of Guarromán, which is of great importance due to the strategic location of this town in terms of transportation of goods are concerned. In the coming months, the other two remaining service stations that complete the BESTWay project will be launched and will be located in Madrid and Jerez.

Within the framework of this milestone, BESTWay has held a training conference in the hands of the mayor of Guarromán, Alberto Rubio, aimed at carriers, companies and individuals with the aim of raising awareness of this project and the advantages of natural gas in transport.
